History of Masef de Matthecourt
The Elder Vampire
Masef de Matthecourt was born on the planet of Earth-3.0 in Laniakea before the collapse of the Chronoverse. During his upbringing in what is 21st century Romania was controlled by vampires and their neighbors in what is 21st century Bulgaria was controlled by werewolves. Romania was under the rule of their queen, Carmilla, the mother of vampires, daughter of Yahauah and Naāmah.
Huemans lived in peace within the country of Romania but were in constant wars with the werewolf king, Marduk, father of werewolves, son of Yanahar and Yamauat. The leaders of the two group protected the huemans of each of their countries which made it easier for them to encourage each to wage war against their neighbors.
One day Masef de Matthecourt’s squadron was deployed to a battle that was meant to hold their borders against the invading Bulgarians. However, this time their soldiers turned out to have werewolves mixed into the fray. With the werewolves decimating many of his fellow soldiers he was shot by an enemy combatant and lay dying on the battlefield.
Carmilla walked the battlefield when it was over to see if she could find any survivors. She was devasted by what happened with the sneak attack of homosuperiors in a hueman battle. She came across Masef and asked him to serve her in exchange for eternal life. He agreed and she fed him her blood, turning him into a vampire elder who would serve at her side for many centuries.
Transylvania Universe
There exists at least two versions of Masef across the Chronoverses, one is the original one from universe 3.0 – Laniakea and the second from a branch universe named 3.13 – Transylvania. The second universe branched off when monsters became more prominent than huemans and took over compared to Laniakea where monsters were eventually forced into the shadows.
The Vampire Lord of Scotland no longer had access to his queen, Carmilla, and instead he was forced to fall under the rule of an elder vampire who claimed to be the new king and had the support of the vampire council.
As time went on he was contacted by The Orchestrator and decided to join the Aeoliran Church.
