History of Gauvain Thomas
The Criminal Mastermind
Gauvain Thomas better known as The Facilitator was born in the 1880 universe known as Nyomozók before the collapse of the Chronoverse. He is the Chief Investigator of the Time Walker Alliance. He is a homosuperior that was appointed to the role by The Sentinel’s predecessor. The belief is that he was appointed as a slight to the zealots of the TWA since they would have to listen to and answer to him during investigations. He was the best in his field, even with all of the resistance from some elements of the Time Walker Alliance.
During his days on Föld in Nyomozók, he was known as a criminal mastermind who was an adversary to the Detective, known as Rashaan “Dreadlock” Holmes and his assistant Dr. Bora Watson. His title was Tanár Segítő, which in Zetish translates to Morah Mankhah, but in English it is Professor Facilitator. Segítő is a highly ruthless and strategic individual who had no interest in world domination but wanted to “Create Order From Chaos”.
However, the challenge that Detective Dreadlock Holmes had was that Segítő never participated in any of the activities directly and was only an orchestrator of them. Thus, it was hard to arrest him for any crimes since it was the actions of others who created the outcomes. Segítő respected the intelligence of Nyomozó Raszta (Detective Dreadlock) in their game of cat and mouse. That didn’t stop him from making attempts on the lives of both Nyomozó Raszta and Orvos Szél (Dr. Bora).
Chief Investigator of Time Walker Alliance
After the collapse of the Chronoverse, The Facilitator emerged, alive, in the new universe of Zetalon. He stayed in hiding for a while to see if there were any signs of Detective Dreadlock. When it became clear that Detective Dreadlock was not present in the new universe he decided to reinvent himself on the planet of Vigilia.
He first became a private investigator and helped people with cases that they brought to him. He then was recruited to work for the Darash as an investigator in their religious order to solve the cases that plagued the royal family of Darash and those who worshipped Iahud.
However, during the reign of The Bapu as the Primus of Time Walker Alliance, he was appointed as the Chief Investigator of the organization. This was the first time a non-Time Walker was placed in a high ranking role as this and was seen as a slight to the zealots of the TWA who believed in the supremacy of the Time Walkers.
