History of Eugénia Teixeira
House Teixeira
EugĂ©nia Teixeira was born in the Laniakea universe before the collapse of the Chronoverse. She is the daughter of Vitorino Teixeira, head of House Teixeira. She was fourteen years old when the opportunity was presented to House Teixeira by Carmilla to join her as vampires. She didn’t have much say in it as her father decided for her.
After EugĂ©nia became a vampire became vain and focused on maintaining her youthful beauty through consuming blood. She would have their servants even make her baths filled with blood for her to soak in. She grew up with only having friends that were inside the walls of House Teixeira’s home. During her younger years vampires weren’t viewed as demigods in the world but were something to be feared.
There was a time where she would follow Carmilla around whenever she was in Portugal to foster connection with a fellow vampire woman. However, as the goddess of the Cult of Carmilla, Carmilla was on a different level than what EugĂ©nia could ever hope to accomplish. It didn’t stop EugĂ©nia from trying to create her own cult of people she hypnotized into worshipping her.
The Hive
Before the collapse of the Transylvania universe, EugĂ©nia and her older cousin, TaĂs, were left as the only surviving members of House Teixeira. When King Valerian died in the war, House Teixeira still fought against the ideal of Lady Mel serving as Queen of the vampires, as a non-Elder vampire.
Due to their constant resistance, Lady Mel ordered members of The Armory to slaughter their house to send a message to all who would challenge them. TaĂs and EugĂ©nia were able to escape and survive the attack.
They would later be recruited by the Queen of The Hive and join the efforts of the secret organization. They worked with members of The Hive and the surviving members of House Nunes to kidnap Moira Hayes, wife of Fergus Vandershine.
